The Apple MeCARD for the iPhone
Apple is notorious for not supporting the Vcard format for address book entries. To compete, they have developed the mecard.
If you would like to create a qr-code for a mecard that will enter your details into a persons address book use this format to create the qr-code.

Just change the obvious information to reflect your company and paste that into the qr-code generator. Select medium as a size for your qr-code and click generate.
