Website Hosting

Website hosting is something that's often overlooked until after a project is complete.  A lot of the time, your traditional bulk hosts will offer you the facilities to set it up, but not the assistance or any of the work behind actually getting your website online. 

Isn't hosting pretty much the same everywhere?

In a sense all hosting is the same as it's information resting on a server that's visible to the internet.  However, all hosts are not equal.  We take our servers very seriously and do not rely on third party mega-corporations to be the backbone of our infrastructure.  This way if there's ever a problem we're directly accountable and can look into it ourselves. It also allows us to vastly reduce possible downtime.

What is downtime?

Downtime is any unexpected period of time where your website or email is totally offline and not working.  We work dilligently to make sure you experience as little downtime as humanly possible. 

Downtime sounds awful...

It is, but don't worry!  We've only experienced around 4 hours of total downtime over the last 10 years.  A track record of about 99.995% uptime.  Far better than what the average web company promises.

Can I host your website somewhere else?

Unfortunately no. Our technology is incredibly specific in what it requires and isn't software you can directly buy.  However, we include hosting as part of every one of our packages, so it's not something you have to worry about.

Wait, so hosting's included?

It sure is! Our packages are all-inclusive so you don't have to pay extra to make your web strategy work.
