Which browsers work with your products?

We want our websites and applications to be pixel-perfect in the most popular desktop and mobile browser and operating system combinations, and at least functional in as many other combinations as possible.

  • In all cases, JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled.

To help you have the best experience using our website and software, we have four levels of browser support:

  • Full Support — Pixel-perfect with display exactly as we intended.
  • Functional Support — Usable with most functions supported, but might display in unintended ways.
  • Accessible — Usable with most functions intact, but likely to display and behave in unintended ways.

Domain Price Adjustment

Over the last few years the domain costs on the registrar side have been steadily increasing.  We have absorbed these costs so far and have tried to avoid passing them on to our customers.

Beginning November 1st, 2018 we will be adjusting our yearly domain costs to be more sustainable.  This means our costs will be increasing from $25 per year to $30 per year (Canadian).  As always, we will continue to manage these domains for you and do our best to keep costs manageable.

Reinstatement Charge

Running services on a month to month basis comes with some challenges, sometimes accounts fall behind, and in extreme circumstances become suspended.  If your services have lapsed and we have had to suspend your services a reinstatement charge of $35 will be applied to your account.  Accounts in arrears that have been suspended must be brought to current before we can reinstate services.
